Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble your furniture and pack it into its original boxes; if you no longer have the packaging, our team can help you source replacements.
Schedule a Pickup
For larger items like sofas and beds, we will coordinate with our specialized freight partners to schedule a convenient time for home collection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
